What is the minimum order size that you accept?
Since the minimum shipment are for 1 cubic meter, we suggest at least a minimum order for US $ 1000 which may be an assortment for the first time
How do you ship?
We ship via air or sea depending on the urgency and requirement of the shipment
How do you pack the materials?
Each item is packed in polythene bag or bubble pack and put in a sturdy card board box and then finally placed in air/sea worthy wooden cases/cartoons. All cartoons are covered with poly film for dampness protection and cartoons are very strong fully stripped from all sides. Sufficient cushioning is filled wherever required to save from any breakage
What is the shipping time?
It normally takes 1 to 6 weeks depending on the value and nature of indent from the date of receipt of the confirmed order and operative L/C in our hand
